POSITION: Event Delivery + Setup Team Member
- BASE PAY: Starts at $22/hr with eligibility for performance bonuses
- SPECIAL PAY: Minimum 3 hour pay for short jobs, late night bonus pay, holiday pay for certain holidays
- HOURS: Sporadic and odd hours, including late nights. Flexible schedule but must be able to work nights and weekends.

- LOCATION: Based in North Austin but we travel all over TX and surrounding states. Must be able to travel and stay overnight in other cities
OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for rockstars to join our team. We’re a small but growing entertainment rental company in Austin that needs team members who thrive in chaos and are motivated to learn, grow, and excel with us.
We provide a variety of games, entertainment services, and staffing for special events.We operate out of Austin but service all of Texas so must be able to travel. Shifts are dependent on event times and range wildly with many shifts being late at night for pickups. We're hiring for both full and part time positions.
Event Delivery + Setup Team Members are responsible for loading up and unloading our box trucks pre and post-events. Their primary job is to make sure that the truck is loaded correctly with all items that are needed for a successful and efficient event setup. On the event job site itself, they are responsible for efficiently and cleanly unloading the box truck, setting up games, troubleshooting issues, and most importantly, ensuring the client is happy. They also help with maintaining the organization of the warehouse.
Work is seasonal with our peak seasons being Mar-May and Sept-Dec. During the busy season, overtime will often be expected. In the slow season we guarantee a certain amount of hours but time off is given very liberally and even encouraged.
We have a large inventory of games and activations with varying degrees of difficulty. Pay increases are given based on ability to master more inventory items and complex tasks.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Be willing and able to lift 100+ pounds on a consistent basis
- Has a natural curiosity to learn our inventory and how to best install them efficiently on the job site
- Has natural organizational skills
- Ability to roll with the punches and stay calm in a chaotic environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing Job Pull Sheets, pulling inventory from our warehouse, loading them into the truck, installing them on the event job site & re-loading them back into the truck post-event and unpacking the truck post-event
- Lifting and loading our rentals on a daily basis
- Knows how to drive a 26’ box truck
- Knows how to use basic hand tools
- Providing first rate customer service
- Keeping the delivery trucks clean and presentable
- Maintaining equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Android or iPhone with access to google calendar and maps
- Valid driver's license
- Has a clean driving record
